Mindful Making: Creative Spaces for Calm, Connection & Wellbeing

Our Mindful Making workshops offer a relaxed and informal support option. The benefits of arts and crafts for mental health are many. They can provide an outlet to release challenging emotions in an expressive way, as well as helping to ease feelings of stress and anxiety.

Crafting in a group setting, with others who are experiencing similar challenges help build a sense of community, form friendships, and maybe most importantly - offer a bit of fun, a welcome break and some light relief during an otherwise difficult time!

Mindful Movement: Gentle Activity to Support Mind, Mood & Connection

Mindful Movement meet-ups are a great way to support your wellbeing through gentle activity. From yoga and stretching to more social sessions like padel or other light exercise - with no previous experience or ability needed.

Taking part in group activities can help boost mood, ease stress, and build a sense of connection with others who understand your journey. Keep an eye on our socials for updates on upcoming sessions, including where and when they are held.
