Jersey Surrogacy Rules

In Jersey, arrangements must be altruistic (no commercial surrogacy). The surrogate is legal mother at birth. Intended parents apply for parental order post-birth.

Medical Coordination

Fertility treatments (including IVF)is  coordinated via ARU in partnership with clinics off-island.
