Navigating Surrogacy in Jersey

Surrogacy may be an option for individuals or couples who are unable to carry a pregnancy. Discover essential rules, legal guidance, medical coordination, and full support for your surrogacy journey with Tiny Seeds.

Jersey Surrogacy Rules

In Jersey, arrangements must be altruistic (no commercial surrogacy). The surrogate is the legal mother at birth and intended parents apply for a parental order after the birth.

Legal Guidance

Specialist legal advice is strongly recommended before any surrogacy arrangement to help you fully understand the process and ensure a smooth parenthood transfer.

Medical Coordination

Fertility treatments (including IVF) are coordinated via the Assisted Reproduction Unit (ARU) in partnership with clinics off-island.

Surrogacy is both a medical and legal process, and emotional support is an important part of the journey. Tiny Seeds is here to help.
