Donor Insemination

IUI fertility treatment option is often used by female same-sex couples and single women with no known fertility issues.

It is available on-island through the Assisted Reproduction Unit and involves the injection of donor sperm directly into the womb of the person who hopes to carry the pregnancy. The treatment can be performed with or without the use of fertility drugs and is a relatively quick procedure.
