About me
I founded Tiny Seeds after navigating my own fertility struggles and feeling that there was a real need for more accessible support locally. I was determined to make sure that others facing similar challenges should have access to clear information, practical help and a community that “gets it”, here in Jersey.

What started as experiencing a gap in service, has grown into an organisation delivering advocacy, awareness and hands-on support across Jersey. As Governor and Head of Operations for Tiny Seeds, I help shape our strategic direction while leading the day-to-day activities of the charity. My work spans service development, support, advocacy, awareness, education and fundraising. It’s an incredibly varied, rewarding role!

Building a charity from the ground up is not without its challenges, but I am very proud that we are now a trusted organisation making a visible difference in our community.

Outside of the charity, I love spending time with my family and being outdoors - especially in the summer, in or on the sea whenever I can.

What I love about my role
I love that no two days are the same - from running support sessions, to developing campaigns, speaking to employers about fertility in the workplace, or coming up with unique fundraising ideas.

I feel privileged to meet so many incredible people and to be trusted to support them as they navigate their way through their fertility struggles. Hearing that we’ve helped someone feel less isolated, or that we have eased the burden for them in some way, is why we do what we do. Being part of those moments and seeing the difference we are making is what makes it all worthwhile.
