About me
Born and raised in Bordeaux, I spent several years living in the Middle East and Nepal before moving to Jersey ten years ago for my husband’s work. What was meant to be a short chapter quickly became home, as we fell in love with the coastline, the green lanes, and, most of all, the incredible warmth of the community and friendships here.
I originally trained as a journalist, as I’ve always had a strong curiosity for people’s stories. During COVID, I felt I wanted to work more directly with people and retrained as a counsellor. Today, I work mainly with Dementia Jersey and Tiny Seeds, supporting individuals and families through vulnerable moments in their lives.
Alongside my counselling work, I am a proud Ambassador for Jersey Hospice and a keen walker and gardener.
What I love about my role: My own experiences of loss and resilience have shown me how much we all need connection, kindness, and community. I try to create spaces where people feel heard, supported, and less alone - which is why Tiny Seeds feels so close to my heart.
I love my work because it allows me to walk alongside people during some of the most fragile times in their lives. I’m constantly humbled by the courage and resilience I see in my clients as they navigate grief and uncertainty.
Supporting women and couples through fertility struggles means making room for disappointment while still protecting hope. It’s a privilege to hold their fears and dreams with care. This work is about hope, growth, and new beginnings, and I never take that for granted.
